What this site collects, and why.
meetdeclan.com is operated in Australia by Declan's founder. This notice explains what happens to the details you send through the early-access form.
What is collected
Only what you choose to enter: your name, your work email, whether you want to build or deliver, the outcome you describe, and, if you choose, the tools your team uses. Nothing else is collected. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
How it is used
Your details are used only to reply to you and to arrange early access. They are not sold, not shared for anyone else’s marketing and not added to mailing lists.
How it is handled
When you submit the form, your details are passed to Web3Forms, a form-processing service, which emails them to Declan’s inbox. Web3Forms and the email provider may process the data outside Australia. Your details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and arrange early access.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent, email team.declan@outlook.com. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
